About Kristen

Kristen was born and raised in Colorado Springs and graduated nursing school in 2009. She worked on a medical/surgical floor that specialized in kidney disease and diabetic crisis’ conditions at a local hospital for 4.5 years. She then followed her passion for Labor and Delivery and worked in the L&D unit for 4.5 years. Wanting to pursue more time with her children she left bedside nursing to work at home as a nurse consultant for a large insurance company.

While working for the insurance company, she developed a passion for holistic/natural care and nutrition. She incorporated her research into her personal life and saw great improvements in her own health as well as her family’s.

In the summer of 2022, she took a leap of faith and left her traditional nursing role to pursue certifications in functional diagnostic nutrition and hair analysis to follow her dream of launching her company, édenly, which provides nutrition and wellness consulting. Since launching édenly, she has already witnessed how amazing epigenetic hair analysis can be for her clients and how life changing the knowledge they gain is.

Our Services

At Edenly, we firmly believe that the body can heal itself when given the proper fuel and nutrition. We also understand that each person is created uniquely with individual needs. Each of our tests are designed to look deeper into the body to determine which nutrients are depleted and whether or not the body is taxed by some kind of pathogen like a parasite, bad bacteria, fungus and so forth. HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis)

A Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test is a non-invasive diagnostic tool used to assess an individual's mineral and trace element levels by analyzing a small sample of hair. This test can provide valuable insights into a person's nutritional status, potential mineral imbalances, and exposure to toxic elements over an extended period, offering a holistic view of their overall health and potential contributing factors to various health conditions. HTMA is often utilized by healthcare practitioners and naturopathic experts to guide personalized dietary and supplement recommendations for optimizing health and addressing mineral imbalances or toxic element burdens in individuals.

PROCESS

  1. Cut, weigh, and send in your hair to the HTMA lab.

  2. Wait two weeks for lab results

  3. Kristen receives your results and spends 3-5 hours compiling results and recommendations based on the lab report.

  4. Have 1 hour in person consultation walking through your lab results and recommendations moving forward.

Nutrient Blood Panel

An extensive nutrient blood and lab panel that looks at 200 biomarkers to help identify individual nutritional needs. Once the lab work is completed, a customized supplement protocol is created tailored to your individual nutritional needs based on the results. 

This package includes the complete nutrient blood and lab panel with health questionnaire, a custom and easy to understand health report based on the results, 1st month supply of custom whole food supplements (60 packets of 7 capsules), a bottle of OHS Optimal Digestion (digestive enzymes to help break down food so your body absorbs the nutrients more efficiently), and a Nutrient RX portal login to view objective improvements and track any changes. 

Functional Diagnostic Blood Panel

For the individual wanting to dig deeper! A set of 4-5 functional labs to identify healing opportunities with hormones, detoxification, oxidative stress and gut health. These labs alongside clinical correlation, client history and symptoms help me to identify patterns and hidden stressors within the body. This package includes an analysis of the screening labs, two 1 hour sessions to go over the results and a customized 90 day protocol. There is also the opportunity to add on additional coaching packages to offer accountability and insight throughout the protocol..
