What is iron?

A major component of hemoglobin, a type of protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to all parts of the body. Helps with red blood cell production, builds bones and muscles.

Why do we take iron?

Without iron, there aren’t enough red blood cells to transport oxygen, which leads to oxygen. Deficiency can cause dizziness, depression, anemia, and pale complexion.
